Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on his Russia tour to discuss the full range of bilateral issues with his friend Russian President Vladimir Putin. He boarded his special plane from Delhi to Moscow’s Vnukovo-II VIP airport for the 22nd Annual Summit. It is a two-day 26-hour visit to Russia.Various cultural celebrations have also begun in lines of the Modi-Putin visit. 

Recently as per sources India directly requested Russia to discharge Indians misled into military recruitment serving at the warfront with Ukraine. India’s key interests with Russia include trade, energy supplies and defense. This harbors more grit into the Russia leadership as despite 16000 plus sanctions and isolation from the west Moscow creates memories with Modi at a time when forces of NATO have gathered in Washington DC.
