Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on his Russia tour to discuss the full range of bilateral issues with his friend Russian President Vladimir Putin. He boarded his special plane from Delhi to Moscow’s Vnukovo-II VIP airport for the 22nd Annual Summit. It is a two-day 26-hour visit to Russia.Various cultural celebrations have also begun in lines of the Modi-Putin visit.
